Deep: Final Fantasy XV Has Most Insanely Appropriate Theme Song in Gaming [Hands-On Preview - GR]

"As I played Final Fantasy XV, the words and title of one of its theme songs 'Too Much Is Never Enough' kept running through my head. Here's a few thoughts from my play, after which I lose my mind while diving through every line of 'Too Much Is Never Enough' and how it applies to this game." -GR

Waiting for this game patiently

Elda2537d ago

A month & a half to go.

Snookies122537d ago

Right? I've been so patient up until now, even before the delay... Now it seems harder than ever waiting for this. These days I hardly play games for more than about an hour a session, but I can tell this is going to be one of those rare times where I end up losing myself in a game. I just want to explore this world so badly, really excited to see how it turns out! Even if some bugs don't get sorted out, I'm just itching to play it.

Elda2537d ago

I agree,it's been six years since a true FF installment has been released I really don't count the mmo's or the 2 sequels from FF-13.I love the FF franchise & I myself love getting lost in the world & for me playing will be so much better on the PS4 Pro on a 4k hdr tv. I can't wait!

PaleMoonDeath2537d ago

Mustering up the will power NOT to look at reviews or any footage from the final game, I've been waiting too long for this to be spoiled in anyway for me. Bought a PS3 for this and MGS4.. crazy!

Soon..

New Microsoft/Activision deal addresses previous CMA concerns in cloud gaming

The sale of Activision’s cloud gaming rights to Ubisoft substantially addresses previous concerns and opens the door to the deal being cleared, the CMA said today.

A step 🚶‍♂️ in the direction.

1Victor1d 2h ago

Phil note to self “buy Ubisoft “

crazyCoconuts1d 1h ago

exactly what i was thinking when i read this lol

Zeref1d ago

They're actually not allowed to buy Ubisoft. For 10 years at least lol

badz14912h ago

They don't want Ubi, they want Nintendo

Workshyskiver1d 5h ago

Well at least this drama will be over in the next few weeks. Got to laugh at the CMA though, clearly just looked for a way to save face and act like they achieved anything remotely meaningful.

Profchaos1d 4h ago

I don't want it to stop so far we've seen deep behind the iron curtain I want more

You’re probably not aware that it was MS that went back to the CMA to find ways that it could make the deal pass. Easy to get lost in all of the false narratives that many people put out there.

“Microsoft President Brad Smith has shared a company statement on the move, as the Xbox owner begins "considering how the transaction might be modified" to make it work for the UK CMA.
Here's the full quote from Microsoft:
"After today's court decision in the U.S., our focus now turns back to the UK. While we ultimately disagree with the CMA's concerns, we are considering how the transaction might be modified in order to address those concerns in a way that is acceptable to the CMA.
In order to prioritize work on these proposals, Microsoft and Activision have agreed with the CMA that a stay of litigation in the UK would be in the public interest and the parties have made a joint submission to the Competition Appeal Tribunal to this effect."

Em I am intently aware that as soon as the FTC lost the judge ruling and it became clear that only the CMA was in a position to offer any meaningful opposition both the CMA and MS appeared to the CAT to ask for a stop to their appeal.

CMA's ruling was clearly flawed and nonsensical as was becoming apparent in the CAT hearings and this micky mouse Ubisoft deal is just a way for them to back down with saving some face

Regardless on anyones position on whether the merger should go ahead both the FTC and CMA have done nothing but makes themselves both look clueless about gaming.

Cool, just showing you what came directly from the MS source. It’s status quo to ignore facts these days.

After the FTC leaks and Microsofts long term plans...I just can't believe this got passed anywhere buuuut money talks I guess

PhillyDonJawn1d 2h ago

Most of those plans are no longer possible

Zeref1d ago

What exactly leaked that you think should be detrimental to this deal?

-Foxtrot21h ago

The fact that they are power hungry and it’s clear they aren’t going to stop, going for a monopoly or close to it within the gaming industry

Have you been living under a rock?

MrDead1d 4h ago

The power of money on show. When you're as rich as MS you get handed industries as a reward for being rich. We've all seen the evidence of what MS has planned and now there's nothing to stop them.

Remember you don't have to be any good to be competitive, you just need a rich parent company.
