If it WAS a developer it WOULD cost a lot of money to produce. For the simple fact that you will have a lot of people working on it. And guess what, they won't be working for free. You charge to recoup those losses and try to make a profit as well.

This is gorgeous, I expect R* to do something like this for PS4 Pro players if they want to stay top 10 in the years to come. Hmm I wonder if they can just do a buyout for the mod, since Sony and Microsoft do allow mods for their consoles.. anywho this is awesome sauce

it makes you wonder all along that games company get told you can not have a game on the ps4 that out beats the pc hands down.

there something going on where console machines can do a lot more for sure in the graphics area
but are told not too
to keep the pc gaming market alive.

yes he edit some of the presets and make it look awesome..but hey, he did use some of the textures from other modders in his redux package..also the night time is terrible..it's too dark u can't see shit! it's game breaking if you are playing on one of the mission as trevor where u need to snipe bikers from the water tower...so for this mod...it's no go for me..

wow. That was great. Well done to the person who made it. I'm not majorly into GTA games however I did play and finish the last installment. I would've loved to have played this version though instead. I think all tools, like the ones used to create this, should be released to the players so that they can put their own spin on games released prior. What's to loose for the developer in the 1st place? I'm kind'a guessing you' wouldn't be able to do the same on consoles though?
