Ever play a game a game only to discover at some point it transforms into a horror game? No? Well Netto's Game Room shares six games that do just that!
Not necessarily a ‘horror’ moment, but I remember feeling really tense and anxious when the Flood were first introduced in the original Halo. I never felt more on edge or nervous in that whole game as that moment. I think it was the whole buildup that something terrible was coming but you didn’t know exactly what.
Another non-horror game that had me feeling it was Subnautica. The deep dark depths, and knowing that sea monsters were lurking nearby, had me jumping at every sound.
I remember being scared of the Asylum level in the most recent Thief game from 2014.
Destiny 2 x Star Wars collaboration is here! Get exclusive gear, cosmetics, and accessories when Heresy launches on February 4th. Don’t miss it!
While Mass Effect: Andromeda was let in several key areas, one of its approaches to romances is something Mass Effect 4 should consider revisiting.
I hope Mass Effect 4 ignores the inferior prequels and instead closely follows the far superior Mass Effect: Andromeda and Dragon Age Inquisition.
Mass Effect 4 should just make Mass Effect 1 but better with current tech. Fans would be happy. As far as romance, they should take notes from the Witcher and Cyberpunk.
Later Bioware games have to little build up. You can have a normal conversation and all of a sudden BAM! The character you talk to becomes super flirty.
iii dunno about that.
the only really great and funny dating partner, is that outlaw guy anyways haha he was funny as hell.
other than that, i found every character to be very annoying.
Shout out to Keri the Asari reporter. Current relationship status be damned as she's game either way. Anything for a good story. 🤣
I never want to see a game fail, because that can always lead to developers getting laid off and studios closures. The bad guys at Konami are the suits at the top, those are the people I hold responsible for the Kojima fiasco. The developers work their asses off to make these games, and sadly the ones working on this game have the deck stacked against them. This game appears to run on the Fox Engine, which has shown before its capable of producing some impressive visuals and performance. I'm sure if this game didn't have the Metal Gear name on it, it would probably be a pretty cool cooperative survival game, but because of everything that happened to Kojima, and with how poorly Konami management handled their turbulent relationship with him, there will be a lot of gamers who will try an "stick it" to them by not buying this game. This will ultimately affect the developers who probably worked hard on this game.
