PlayStation 4 Firmware Beta 4.0 Invites Making Their Way to Players Now

Those who signed up for the PlayStation 4 Firmware beta 4.0 last month should now be received their invites to take part via email.

Gutted, i cant take part because Remote Play is blocked on beta's, my little lad uses Remote Play to his Vita and PSTV all the time and he wouldn't be to happy if i got rid of that lol.

You can actually revert back to the older firmware frm this beta firmware 4.0 so you could try it out then go back so he could have his fun.

It's a pretty convenient fw upgrade. The folders and moving the home button options to the side so you can still see your game screen is cool.

The screen still fills all the way up to choose to turn off controller though -_-

I won't confirm or deny that I got accepted into the beta. I will only say this: I either got in and can't talk about it because I said I wouldn't, or I didn't get in and can't talk about it for lack of first-hand experience. I'm definitely not talking about it for one of those reasons. :)
