I really wish the Vita, or a Vita 2 had access to Google Play, or if Sony somehow was able to entice devs to create free or cheap apps for the PS Store. This, coupled with Now and Vue would make their mobile device a highly demanded product, and most importantly, it would not longer rely on Sony's constant support for success. If Sony sponsored an official app for playing console games in any WiFi connection, it would be huge and become a must buy for all PS4 owners, as well as mobile game lovers!

That would be awesome. Unfortunately, anywhere outside of Japan, the Vita has been treated poorly. I would support a Vita 2 (if done right) and I think it could be a huge market depending on how the Nintendo Switch does.

My most anticipated on Vita right now are Danganronpa V3, Mary Skelter Nightmares, Tokyo Xanadu, Sharin No Kuni and Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy. :)

It's funny how tons of pillocks think games have stopped being released for it. #NoGamez #VitaIsDead and yet my backlog keeps growing. XD

Valkyria Revolution is right up my alley even though they changed the combat mechanics.

Unfortunately, digital only. :/ Hopefully we can convince them otherwise or maybe get Limited Run Games involved since I won't buy unless there's a physical version.

Protagonist2870d ago

Kinda strange so many are now saying they want physical copies, when so many in the beginning said they would go 100% digital with games for the Vita, thus also the complaint about the "expensive" memory cards.

Chaos_Order2870d ago

The expensive memory cards relates directly to why many people DON'T want to go digital. A 16GB memory card currently costs £35 on Amazon, which is more than the cost of a brand new Vita game. Since many games need around 1-2 GB of data, you're looking at enough space for around 10 games, maybe less if the game is big. Of course, you could go for a 64GB card, which is around £80 on Amazon. Or... you could buy physical copies and not have to worry about any of that, and just use the memory card that comes with the system. (Usually 4 or 8 GB)

Oh, and people can down vote me all they want. Limited Run have responded and are already getting in touch with Atlas about making a physical run. :)

Protagonist2870d ago (Edited 2870d ago )

I did not vote you down... (also why the voting system? the bubbles are gone). I myself only collect physical copies for the vita, so I agree with you. I´m just telling what people said the first couple of years. But it is getting harder to get the physical copies, which is also why I recently bought a 8 GB "converted" to £10.6 to go along with my PS Vita TV. And yes I also love what Limited Run is doing and I did read, that they were interested in doing a limited run.

Chaos_Order2870d ago

Ah, I see. To be honest, I wasn't aware lots of people said they wanted to go full digital into Vita. The PSP Go didn't exactly do very well... Most people I talk to nowadays want physical Vita games, either for collection or because it's their preferred format.

Finding physical Vita games in retail is difficult, and I rely entirely on online purchasing for all my games. It's still a great system IMO. :)

I kinda dislike digital only, I don´t feel I own the games, they are often more expensive than physical copies and obviously they can´t be traded and so forth. But too many physical games for the Vita is getting more or less impossible to get... even online. So yeah... guess I also have to get with the times.

Now that's just awesome, thank you atlus

KentBenMei2870d ago (Edited 2870d ago )

I was really hoping for a late 2016 release...even just December would have been great.

It better at least have an English dub.

goldwyncq2870d ago

vork772870d ago

Protagonist2870d ago

I don´t care who publishes Persona 5 for EU, I just want someone to publish it and to be the same date as for the US. I mean It´s already 2 years late to begin with.
