Hello Games has secretly worked on a Nintendo Switch 2 version of No Man's Sky. But there's also a new juicy update that lets you be a mayor.
That's a nice little surprise.
Honestly I gotta hand it to Hello Games. They really turned this game into something else with their dedication to it. A rocky start, but the game is unrecognizable to what we had at launch.

Sweet! I bought this last month on sale for Switch and transferred my PS5 save bc I fully expected this to happen! This will be a great game to have fully portable (at a more reasonable performance level than the Switch 1).
I have the PS5 version so I can play with my PSVR2, but I'm half tempted to pick up a Switch copy (for my Switch 2)
so that I can also play the game on the go and keep my save intact between both versions.
Exactly! I have this on Steam also, so i can play on PCVR. It's so nice being able to jump around to whatever platform we want with cross save now!
@OtterX - I guess I could also go the Steam route so I can use my PSVR2 on my PC and get a bit better performance from my computer than my Pro.. so many choices.. LOL
But of course they did. I bought it in 2016. Then I got every PS edition including the VR editions for free.
I don't have the time to play this kind of game on my PS5, but now I might play this on Switch 2.

Just got my copy and fired it up. Im going to be a drifter. Ill definitely gonna explore my starting planet as much as i can before setting out for the big spiritual journey known as No Man's Sky. I will not be hostile unless fired upon but i will stick to farming trading and exploring as well as seeking for other human life (human players) hopefully we meet out there someday....
