not silly if they make money.

milohighclub3251d ago

that depends entirely on the error. no one will buy the second vr release if the first is crap. i see this going how 3d went. you'll have a few devs that don't rush it and know what they're doing which will it show in game. then you will have the ones that just tac it on everything they release and make everyone sick. this will put people off and as the age old saying goes bad news spreads faster than good. it's lazy devs that ruined 3d and cost every gamer that bought a 3d tv hundreds if not thousands(in some cases) of £$. These devs need to stay the Fk away from vr.

All demos were early in development...

Not surprising at all. Indies get into VR for the love of technology, AAA publishers get into VR for purely business reasons. The Indies are more likely to spend the time to get it right

Lol, maybe I'm becoming an old fart, but excessive violence in VR seems to bother me more than in flat games. Feels more visceral when you're looking a person in the eyes before mutilating them.

By no means am I trying to be a prude and saying these games shouldn't exist. I just play them more sparingly, need more breaks. I need some beautiful, refreshing & relaxing VR experiences too to balance them out so I don't feel so heavy.

I played through most of the PS4 version of the game but stopped because another game came out. I bought it last year for PC with the intention of using the VR mod but haven't gotten around to setting it up. I am glad I waited.

Great game, even better in VR. A little drawn out by the end, but I hope we see CA do something a little different with the sequel.

Sweet. I also rebought this game on Steam for the purpose of VR. I'll have to give it another shot w full immersive controls. I had only tried it out briefly before.

It's funny this was never officially released at retail as a VR game, bc it feels so perfect for it!
