Dive Beyond Humanity and Take to the Streets of a Futuristic Japan In Squad-Based FPS Inspired by “The Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex”.
I love that universe, such a great anime, some of it is pretty intricate and goes over my head when I'm really tired. Convoluted story telling at times.
Been bloody years since I watched it, though I do remember enjoying it and the (anime) films. Not sure how it would work out in game form though, a lot of games based on anime come in the form of visual novels as VN are the only appropriate genre to get the story across.... Well, RPGs sometimes work too. Then again wasn't there a couple GitS games on PS2? Did they ever get a western release?
Great story line especially with the Individual Eleven
I jumped on this game when the early access was released because I'm a sucker for GotS. The game has quite a few flaws but even still I find it fun to play. I can't wait to see the improvements it hopefully has when the free public beta releases
Played it and had some fun with it but the game needs a lot of work to make it stand out from the average FPS. I am very disappointed that a campaign wasn't created for it because the voice actors are still as excellent as the show.
Had me at GitS lost me at Nexon.
