EA Releases Madden NFL 17 Ratings

Fans will be thrilled over this as it is almost time for kickoff. EA has revealed the rating for players and rookies for the upcoming Madden NFL 17

In an interview at E3 the Madden dev said that it won't be coming to PC because they want to "maintain our curation of the content" so then it can represent "real football". In other words, EA knows that once PC gamers get their hands on Madden they will try to mod it and make EA annual ripoff cycles pointless. By keeping it out of the hands of PC gamers they can continue to ripoff console gamers for hundreds of millions with their garbage annual release.

Case in point. Skyrim Remastered on the console= $60. Skyrim Remastered on the PC= free patch update.

Madden 17 is nothing more than a roster ratings update and some trivial AI and gameplay updates. Release this on the PC then they'll mod it to be better than Madden 18 hence collapsing EA's yearly scam of the console market. They can't let this happen.

IIRC, the exclusive license runs out after this title. I thought I also read that the NFL may be open to more potential games rather than Madden.

The reasoning being that the EA deal was signed under the old NFL Commissioner when the NFL wanted to not only establish a strong revenue foothold in gaming but also have a strong yearly advertisement for each new season. It's no coincidence the game releases right before a new season and to NFL fans that game it's almost a must buy.

The thought is that Madden is now an established avenue for everything they wanted so with that and a Commissioner that's been more greedy and powerful than any other, they want as many other titles to do the same as possible.

We'll see. I think EA has blown it since last gen.

Why can't EA put out a vita version, they did it on the systems launch and that was it.
Madden in your pocket is the best.
And no, the mobile version doesn't cut it
