Best PS4 Games for Couples

My girlfriend isn't a gamer at all, but she was ridiculously into watching Uncharted 4. It was our ritual for like a week and a half to play a few hours together before bed.

Wow, talk about stereotypes... My wife and I play Hearthstone, Street Fighter V and Diablo III, co-pilot play RPG's (currently on Witcher III) and pass-controller-on-death play stuff like Super Meat Boy and Bloodborne (along with our own playthroughs).

But girly games for girl gamers, M I RITE? *smh*

If you're being honest with yourself, you'll admit that most couples gaming scenarios will likely involve a male doing his damndest to involve his less-hardcore female accompaniest. Men and women are different, despite our wildest SJW fantasies.

It really depends on the taste of each person. I played Little Big Planet and Life is Strange with my girlfriend, and while those might seem like stereotypical games, that's just what she liked. She also plays things like Final Fantasy, Assassin's Creed and Uncharted, though.

Diablo 3 and Alienation are missing imho. Also had some fun playing Towerfall Ascension with my wife, although it quickly becomes repetitive.

I don't think Towerfall gets repetitive in an un-fun way. The core gameplay loop never stops being moment-to-moment dicey, even when you're good at the game. Still the ultimate couch multiplayer on PS4, in my opinion. Especially true, if you're playing with casuals.
