Pokemon GO's success seems to know no bounds and now that success is translating into renewed success for older Pokemon games
But...we already got them on 3DS. They aren't made for cellphones and would never work. A 2 DS is less than 100 bucks go buy one.
Or just get an emulator and pay nothing. I'm more interested in sun and moon
Yeah, theft and piracy...good job promoting that. Now turn in your gamer card go to the slums where you are wanted.
@Summons75 But... you're wrong. The 3DS port you're referring to is an enhanced remake of Ruby and Sapphire, which are third generation Pokemon games. The originals (first generation) are Red, Green and Blue. They're also 20 years old, so it's unlikely Nintendo is still making a profit off them.
@Kombatologist No he's right, they released Red, Green, Blue and Yellow versions for the 3DS earlier this year.
I stand corrected. Apparently I didn't do my homework very well. :\ I wasn't aware they were released through the Virtual Console service. My apologies.
@summons Emulation isn't illegal if you own the game. But you can keep assuming everyone who uses emulation is a pirate/criminal
this is good news the younger kids could find out what made pokemon so great
Wow, like literally this game been all over abc news almost everyday and on n4g. Also its always nintendo that causes this excitement that leads to tv news. Like the wii it was the same way it was all over the news and everything. Now the only thing that comes to mind is wii it end like the wii. Exciting and fun for a few months to a year the due off quickly but made alot of money.
