The North American box art has been revealed for the upcoming Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack.
WTMG's Aaron Price: "Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 is a lot of fun. This is definitely a game that aged better than most, especially in this genre with so many games coming out at all times. From the 3DS, Switch, and PlayStation, it’s about time Xbox fans get a chance to to experience this series in all its might. With all three games in the series now readily available on all platforms, there couldn’t be a better time to tackle each of these titles."
WTMG's Leo Faria: "This was my first time playing an actual Azure Striker Gunvolt game, and I have to say: damn, I was missing out on some good stuff. Despite its short length and annoying grind sections, I was impressed with its amazing presentation, slick controls, excellent game feel, and the way the developers balanced out its difficulty by adding rankings at the end of each level, essentially making this game appealing for newcomers and veterans alike. Is this best enjoyed on a portable? Sure thing, as it looks a bit too stretched on a big screen at times, but it’s still very much enjoyable on an Xbox. Time to take a look at its sequels, I guess!"
Inti Creates Producer Matt Papa has revealed to VGChartz that the Azure Striker Gunvolt series has sold close to 1 million units.
"While I don't have an exact number to give you, I can definitively say that the Azure Striker Gunvolt series has sold close to 1 million units", Matt Papa told the website.
You’d think they’d wait until they crossed 1 million to make this announcement rather than when they’re almost close to it
