Fragile Site Update and New Trailer

A new trailer and a slight Website update have been revealed for Namco and Tri-Crescendo's upcoming Action RPG Wii Exclusive, Fragile.

I didn't realize Fragile was a Tri-Crescendo game. First day buy for me, the music in their games are amazing. Baten Kaitos I and II and Eternal Sonata are examples of their work.

There's not many Wii cames that I'm excited about at this moment... but I think I'm gonna have to add this one to my wishlist. I find that the art style is very appealing. However, I can only hope they'll include the Japanese voice track in the U.S. version. I know few developers are doing that these days... but I think this (and many/most J-RPG's) could greatly benefit having the original language.

Hopefully they will add Japanese voice tracks because if I recall they did with Eternal Sonata so chances are quite high. I really like the dark art style of the game thus far. Definitely a must but just hoping they find a good way to utilize the Wii's motion control.

First thing that came in mind was ghibli (and a little bit of uematsu) when i was listening to the game's soundtrack. Yup, I'm getting this game too.

oprainfall Games of the Past Review: Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon

oprainfall writes:

“If I had to describe Fragile Dreams in one word – and you can probably guess it – it would be ‘subtle.’ The all-around design of the game is subtle and it is an incredible experience because of it. It has its flaws, but they shouldn’t detract from your overall enjoyment of the game.

“If you’re someone who prefers their games to be action packed with quick pacing, this is not a game for you. However, if you are someone who loves to soak in the atmosphere of a game, I cannot recommend Fragile Dreams enough.”
