No Multiplayer? It's like one of the few rare times I want to see it, Gears of War multiplayer was a blast.
Only reason I can think of is because Gears of War E-Day will have it and they don't want it clashing with the remastered collections multiplayer like how The Master Chief Collection was running alongside Halo 5 which released a year later.
I remember it's online being good fun but then it became a cesspit of arseholes making the experience a complete misery with their aggression, racism and general obnoxious swearing and shouting. It really way the peak of stereotypical 360 online teenageer douchebaggery 😂

I remember it being a work together as a team in Horde Mode type experience, especially the last few games because multiplayer got old for me.
Funny how MCC got supported longer than 5 with PC and native Series versions, and that 5 was a waaay better supported and updated Live Service than Infinite.
I was reluctant to get too excited about this because I didn't know how they'd approach the multiplayer. Now that I know it's missing I don't care for this at all!
Yeah, it seems an odd choice to leave out multiplayer, I don't play multiplayer games at all but I know that a heap of people would have loved to play multiplayer, I imagine it would rejuvenate interest in gears games. But ah well they know what's best I guess
Jez is one of the most unreliable sources anyone can trust. I'm sure it will have co-op but you must have been so disappointed with the amount of misinformation that bloke puts out
No I don't think Jez is reliable he's spent the last 12 months throwing hissy fits over project Lattitude but it seems his hit the acceptance part of his grieving

if Horde mode is missing i will be disappointed..
though if E-DAY comes to PS5 and has Horde mode then i get why it was not in this release. but what would be awesome is if it had the E-DAY multiplayer suit added in as free(ish) DLC.. so then the playerbase would be quite large..
