Rockstars’ The Warriors has been released on PS4 after having been released years ago on the PS2 and PSP.
A lot of movie tie-in games have been a bit naff, but there's a rare few that actually surpass the quality of their source material.
Butcher Bay is still an awesome game. Ghost Rider surprised me with how good it was, very GoW like. Warriors is another great one but with the exception of R&C, i havent played the others.
Was getting "page not found" until I turned on VPN. Any reason for this, culturedvultures?
KeenGamer: "Almost four thousand games were released on the PlayStation 2. Some have gain revered positions in any list of the greatest games ever made, but most have faded into relative obscurity. Here are five forgotten gems of the PS2."
Forgotten? Those are three of my favorite PS2 games right there in the thumbnail.
Cel-shaded Spider-man with playable Venom parts, Mexican Max Payne and a Rockstar classic that got me to watch the cult classic movie it was based on (also had kickass multiplayer modes, King of the Hill one was great).
Gun was basically Red dead Redemption for the PS2 (never played Red Dead Revolver) and had awesome dismemberment for its time. Scarface, never finished that one.
KeenGamer: "Embracing different genres can be a risk for even the most successful developers. Rockstar took this risk when they adapted the cult classic movie, The Warriors. Here's the story of how Rockstar Games rediscovered and reinvented a seventies classic for a new generation."
The Warriors is one of those games on the PS2 that I am yet to buy. Then on the PS3 I have more that I am yet to buy, and on the PS4 there's even a heck of a lot more. I'll never have enough money, lol
Such an awesome game! Still own my original complete copy. Classic rockstar game and film. Manhunt was also another good one, which I still own on PS2. Some games are just too classic for me to ever part with I guess.
Amazing game!!
I Want GTA LCS and VCS NOW!
Might wait for a sale, I already have this in HD on the Xbox but the Trophies are nice
Awesome, hoping R* rounds out the updated PS2 catalogue with Midnight Club 3
