I'm a bit jaded when it comes to these open world with tons of side quests games, but I thought watch dogs 2 looked quite interesting. Its not the same team as the division but I'm sure they will be borrowing some of the world building tech from those guys, or at least I hope so. Say what you like about the division but chunk of Manhattan in that game is extremely well made.
