We already know the Neo won't be at E3. Can't say the same thing about the Scorpio. I'm sure Microsoft will announce the Scorpio/Slim and its specs at E3.
I would say so. Theres so much I'm anticipating to be announced/ shown off by Sony that I would rather them not waste their time talking about new hardware. I honestly hope they don't spend too much time on PSVR, outside of new software and a price tag. They can talk about Neo at PSX.
