There is a lot of hope and excitement for the possible anouncement for the sequel to the popular fighting game Injustice Gods Among Us, by NetherRealm studios. I myself love the game, and I am very excited for a possible second game. I have a lot of hope for the game, and a few things I would like to see implemented. So here are 3 things that I would like to see in Injustice 2:
Injustice: Gods Among Us launched 10 years ago today, birthing a brand new fighting game franchise from NetherRealm Studios.
Injustice turns ten years old today, so let's look back at why it matters
10 years on from the original release of Injustice: Gods Among Us, NetherRealm's other fighting game deserves recognition.
I am so hyped for Injustice 2. Give me some new characters and the same cinematic kind of story as the first game and I'm in
I want Batfleck!
Disagree.
I think Injustice needs to become more simplistic, not more complex. NRS doesn't do well with trying to be too ambitious, and most people play Injustice to be able to play something other than MK. They tried to do something like you were talking about with special moves, it was called the variation system in MKX, and it was executed terribly. Injustice is and was NRS's most polished game to date, and the last thing that needs to happen is trying to add too many mechanics and things when they already are behind all the other fighting developers when it comes down to balancing, performance, and optimization.
If they at least have MKXL's netcode, a beta test, better balancing, less input bugs, more comprehensive tutorial, accurate in-game frame data, anti-airs, and no guest characters, the game will be great and a huge improvement over ALL of NRS's games.
the author of this article needs to keep up cause injustice 2 was officially announced 2 days ago with a 2 min trailer.
That secondary armor looks awesome. I was hoping for a 2016 release date, but I'm excited either way.
