"There’s six months left of 2016, but a large number of games are yet to be released. Many of those are sequels to existing franchises like Gears of War 4 and Uncharted 4, but we’ll be visting some new worlds too this year with awesome-looking brand new IPs like The Last Guardian and Hellblade. Below we’ve listed all the new IPs we’re most excited to play."
No Man's Sky on Nintendo Switch 2 offers a major leap in graphics and performance over the original release.
"No Man's Sky - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition brings this excellent, constantly evolving space survival adventure to your new Nintendo console in fine style. This is an almost-perfect match for other versions of the game, barring some very minor hiccups here and there.
Combat is still a bit naff, especially in space, and hardcore pirates might not get all they need from the systems in place here, but other than that, this is an almost perfect port of an almighty behemoth of a game. The sky, it seems, really has no limits." - PJ O'Reilly | NintendoLife
Hello Games has secretly worked on a Nintendo Switch 2 version of No Man's Sky. But there's also a new juicy update that lets you be a mayor.
That's a nice little surprise.
Honestly I gotta hand it to Hello Games. They really turned this game into something else with their dedication to it. A rocky start, but the game is unrecognizable to what we had at launch.
MAN, Hello Games just keeps on trucking with this game, and are REALLY showing other developers how to earn some good will with their fans.
Stoked for Light No Fire.
HellBlade
Horizon
The Last Guardian
I want all of them apart from Below and For Honor.
Where's the Sea of Thieves love? Can't wait to see if Rare can return to form...
After the way Mighty No. 9 has been handled, and delayed several times, who is excited for ReCore of which we know almost nothing? Who expects Keiji Inafune to deliver a solid new IP to release this year even, when we haven't even seen a glimpse of gameplay and he's been hammering hard at getting Mighty No. 9 to the finish line?
Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is a project I trust more from a team who seem to be far more transparent in the process and doing a better job in delivering a solid end product that fans of their previous games can get behind.
I've also no idea how Below could be taking so long to complete. Capy.... c'mon bros you announced that shiz at E3 2013.Looks like PS4 takes the lion's share of most anticipated exclusives and new IPs. Considering that Alienation came out just recently, I would expect MatterFall to be a 2017 game, unless Housemarque have gone super saiyan.
