Even that new E-League is pretty weak.
They tried to make gaming in the direction of the NBA yet they didnit with Counterstrike. I tried watching it and it is just too hard to follow. The camera keeps switching between one of the players. It only focuses on any one player for a short second or two. Its the equivalent of watching a football game through each player's individual helmet cam. You can't see what any other players are doing other than their location on the mini map. Its very frustrating.
It makes it unbelievable hard to follow even for people like me who have been gaming for about 30 years.
If they want E-League to succeed they need to stoo team based games and get into something more like strategy or fighting games. A Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat based E-League would be fantastic. I would watch that for sure.
