I hate this type of gameplay more than anything. I prefer TW3 or Fallout exploration. Infamous is another culprit.

Agreed, and why wouldn't you recon? You know.....in a ghost RECON game lol Some of the most fun I had with MGSV was just watching and marking where everything was as the stalking and recon makes you feel like a real BAD ASS when the plan you have in your mind works, or when you mess up and have to improvise the plan on the fly. Can't wait for this games release!

I have no problem with that mechanic. It's used in a variety of similar forms in many non-Ubisoft games too.

This game has already been stated you can either play offline or online. It was never stated anywhere to be online only.

You never needed um "2 find out about online only" from their games as all their games tell you day 1 ie The Divisions very FIRST trailer tells you its online.....

map is very impressive and it looks good, not just a big open empty map. If they can tighten up the controls of GR a tad I think it could be very special.

Looks like a day 1 buy regardless...just like the previous entries.

it's UBI and their track record is very hit and miss. they found a formula that worked in farcry 3 and ever since every one of their games have used that without evolving much

largest open world doesn't mean much if it's filled with boring/repetitive gameplay

I have a question guys, this map looks huge right? so did the outskirts of GTA5 but it was, to me, a fairly boring area. Having large open worlds are great...... if they are filled with thing to do not just for scenery value. Also I noticed there seemed to be ONE boss, main mission (so to speak) in each area..... making it one mission per area? What do you do in the area once you've beaten the boss?

I hope i'm just being sceptical and an very wrong because it does look good. I just gope there is plenty to do too, before and after the main missions!!!!
