New Custom GeForce GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 Cards Displayed at Computex

NVIDIA board partners are on a roll at Computex where they are showing off the latest GeForce GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 custom solutions.

Good thing is you can get better ones when these after market ones come out.

Custom cooling and better power output. Not saying its going to be leaps and bounds better, but a better 5-10% increase in performance and cooling is definitely better. Plus the price point will probably be a bit less than the Founder's Editions.

Plus AMD's new RX 480 cards(based on their benchmark) are way better than these Nvidia cards.

Take that with a pinch of salt, until real world benchmarks are released no point in believing anything either company says.

Not really. The rx 480 is as powerful as cards that already exist (390x, 980). Bringing that level of performance in a 200 dollar card is awesome but it certainly not way better than the new 1000 series cards. An extra 180 dollars will get you a card comparable to the titan x (a 1000 dollar card) and even beats it at times. The Ashes of the singularity test was a bit dumb imo. It took 2 cards to get a measly 4 frames over the 1080 while also playing at lower settings. Take into account that DX12 favours amd cards, that's not that impressive.
