Devolver Digital and Slowcap have announced the online combat RPG Absolver, expected on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo NX.
Warner Bros. Games has set a new leadership team and restructured around Harry Potter, "Game of Thrones," "Mortal Kombat" and the DC Universe IPs.
Sony’s PS5 era has generated over $13 billion in profits, surpassing the combined earnings of PS1–PS4, with $136 billion in sales.
Their recent Playstation revenue is also more than Xbox and Switch combined, obviously in large part due to 3rd party sales.
And this is why the game output for ps5 has been a tad slower…
1) they needed to be… games take longer to develop, and they’d burn out their teams trying to maintain the same pace as ps3.
2) they can afford to… games cost more than ever to push boundaries, so Sony had to figure out a way to match Xbox’s clever profit strategies in order to afford to continue to innovate and take risks.

Thats xbox which includes other services. The playstion division also includes other services as well. Its mostly playtion but not all playstation. What's up with all the double standards around here.
Only because of games prices otherwise it’s the worst generation in PlayStation history especially for games
A year packed with major releases for Xbox consoles, PC and Game Pass.
ninja Gaiden being released 8 days apart is insane MS hasn't learned anything with shoulder to shoulder releases. October 29 for Outer Worlds and October 21 for Ninja Gaiden. These games now range from 60 to 80$. Yalls audience might GP it but other platforms have to buy it and your average person won't shell out that kinda money a week apart.
I count 7 original multiplatform IPs, which were ultimately bought and are now published by Microsoft.
Sigh.
Great concept but I'm sceptical it will work as planned.
It definitely looks cool, I'm ready to take a step back from multiplayer shooters for a while and check out some good ol' fashion fisticufts.
The combat looked very tactical with it's slower rythmic animations, my main worry is lag. It's hard enough to find a AAA fighting game with capable networking let alone a lower budget indie title, unless they spend a hefty chunk on networking or allow an offline mode i fear it'll flop, sad given how great everything else looks
