Lots of good changes here, in between playing some Overwatch I will check out these new updates.

Vegamyster3318d ago

Hopefully it's as good as it looks & exploiting won't be a issue with this patch.

Maxor3318d ago

You obviously do not play the game. The Division is an exploiter paradise, new fixes either does nothing or just enable more absurd glitches and exploits. The fact that mobile cover is still in the patch notes should tell you something.

Vegamyster3318d ago

Obviously i have since i implied it hopefully won't be a issue with this patch meaning i know of the current 1.1 exploits, it's a larger patch then the other ones.

Bolts3318d ago

The fact that mobile cover is still being glitched is mind boggling. This isn't a trivial bug. It's a vehicle for game breaking exploits that existed since the beta till today and they still can't fix it after 4 different patches! These guys are truly the most incompetent dev team in the gaming industry.

JackBNimble3318d ago

With the higher 200+ bracket all the exploiters will be segregated in the hardest servers anyway.

Gardenia3318d ago

Well another way to ruin DZ, giving the option to cut the rope of extraction items. Overpowered players can already go rogue without being punished

whitesoxfalife19763318d ago

so all that you read only thing bothered you is "the cut rope extraction" and you saying that its gonna ruin the dark zone exp? How so

JackBNimble3318d ago

Cutting the rope wont be so simple .

SeanScythe3315d ago

What I read was let's make it harder for people playing dz solo. It was already hard enough to get gear out but u knew once the gear was attached it was safe. Now it's just a big FU to people playing alone and getting gang raped by a team of rogues.

Maxor3318d ago

There are some desperately needed changes, the Balanced nerf, changes to Sentry Call and Reckless but here's two very important ones that not many knows about:

1. Fixed a bug where the effects of player talents would stack when the talent was repeatedly equipped and unequipped.

This one is freaking huge. Console glitchers were exploiting the crap out of this. You don't need hacks when you can talent stack like crazy.

2. Fixed a bug where talents that are triggered by skills could be activated by just aiming the skill instead of using it.

Exploiters were glitching this to have 100% up time in some of their weapon talents. Not many knows about this one since the game have a zillion game breaking bugs.

BlackLight3318d ago

This game needs a bigger map, more interaction with the environment (Like buildings) and a really good reward when getting a platinum trophy cause it is a pain to get all collectibles while been distracted with the dark zone and this new average update

I am in absolute agreement with the OP 👌

I hate when I see single player games and see people begging for multi-player. Jeez guys it don't need to be on every game. Latest one I seen was atomic heart.

-Foxtrot807d ago

Multiplayer or even co-op

If it was always a single player game then that's how it is

Inverno807d ago

It's a trend that never really went away. For me multiplayer in a primarily SP focused game was an excuse for DLC. Then there's the mentality gamers had that adding multiplayer makes a game worth the price, otherwise it should be half price for half a game. A way of thinking devs reassured when they started adding multiplayer to their sequels. We see the same with multiplayer focused games getting SP in their sequels.

Flawlessmic807d ago

Tbh multilayer now is a way to add live service and mtx elements, very rarely does it come of well.

What single players game used to be in a lot of cases now require 3 other people for keeping to really enjoy it and I hate having to rely on others to get the maximum from a game.

Sp should be sp, if devs want to add a separate multi mode then that's fine with me, the legends addition to ghost of tshushima was fricking sick but totally separate to the main game. Sick of co op too.

Hofstaderman807d ago

I remember when certain single player games had them as included optional modes that was played on the couch. Had brilliant times with Syphon Filter and Golden Eye. Me and my bro used to used to fight over who would play as Gabe even though it was technically just a skin. Good times.

Dagexon806d ago

I didn't notice your comment before I added mine.
But good times indeed
