BenQ VZ2470H Gaming Monitor - Skewed 'n Reviewed

Skewed and Reviewed have posted a positive review for the BenQ VZ2470H gaming monitor. They praised the mix of form and function as well as the price point for the monitor.

Very flimsy 'review'. Just seems like a paid for advert. No mention of the monitors flaws, no in-depth analysis. Just a liberal scattering of superlatives.

Garethvk3311d ago

Let me help you ou. We were not paid and here is a novel idea. We found no flaws in the monitor.

Then I question your ability to review products. Maybe leave it to the professionals...

That is your opinion and feel free to post your own reviews. I would point out that the hardware companies seem to not have issues with the reviews we do for them as we are asked to do them often. We do not go overboard on tech speak as there are plenty of sites who already do that. Many people are not tech heads and do not know about all of the technical terms. They want to know if a unit is easy to use, looks good, and does what they need it to do. If they want pages and pages of diagnostics, that is what Toms's Hardware is for. I would say that aside from our site and magazine, 6 newspapers and a national radio show carry our work as we try to make hardware reviews to be a general overview and as I said, the gaming companies and many readers and listeners actually enjoy this.

Contrast ratio? Lowest black level? Latency? and so much more missing. This review blows. Long live PRAD and TFTCENTRAL!

So its official. Switch 2 dethroned PS2 in Japan for the biggest hardware launch ever.

Tripled the switch launch numbers, yeah Nintendo's domination of the Japanese market is going smooth

repsahj23h ago

And take note. This is just for retail sales only; sales from the Nintendo Japanese website are not yet included.

Not even a full week of sales either.

Tempting... but I have to say I am more of an arcade deluxe cab fan. I loved the ones for Galaxy Force, Thunder Blade and After Burner.
