I agree, the single player is fantastic, but the multiplayer is severely lacking. I also really don't like the "mystic" powerups as I feel they get in the way of what could be an awesome cinematic multiplayer shooter experience
No. It's absolutely fantastic. Weapon feedback, movement/seamless animations, sound and graphics are all great. Animations are beyond anything in the third person multiplayer space.
I can safely say that UC4 multiplayer is the absolute best in the third person shooter market.

The real answer here is no, it doesn't suck. It's a really fun, great, well designed multiplayer suite. Lacking content in certain areas? Sure, but the roadmap is healthy, and lots of free content to come.
I prefer UC3 MP compared to this one, the magical stuff can get extremely irritating.
