The Microsoft Studios Publisher sale has a mix of deals for fans that enjoy different genres of games across new titles, top sellers, and fan favorites including over 25 Backward Compatibility games.

I grabbed Battlefield Hardline for 10 bucks, plus a free DLC for it. Already had 4 digitally, but 9 bucks is a great deal. Nothing really amazing in the publisher sale though.

Just checked the marketplace and hardline standard edition is still showing as 39.99. Where did you see hardline for 10 bucks?

Not for me. Might be because I'm on an account that's leeching XBL from another account on the system. Though I still thought it might show up to the side of the normal price, highlighting it as an XBL exclusive price. Oh well.
