PSBlog: Friday the 13th: The Game and Laser League headline October’s PS Plus lineup.
I'm glad Nioh wasn't true. I already have it.
And Friday The 13th is more of a score for me than Sniper Elite.
I have Nioh and platinumed Diablo, so i didn't want the first "leak" to be true. And Sniper Elite 3 ultimate is on PS Now with download option.
Forgot about the Diablo part of the rumor. Yeah, I have it already too.
@KwietStorm:
There was a time when i cared, but could care less now. I never said, Give us God Of War, but i have said i didn't like the choice of games.
How much time and money do you think Nioh, A 2017 GAME, took to make?
spoiled brats.
I had thought Gravity Rush Remastered might be on offer since I came across it in the PS store and it had a PS Plus free label, it had a price when I clicked on it however.
Not much point in giving out actual decent games for Oct/Nov, far too many huge games coming out soon!
Don't know what's scarier, your logic or the fact that 11 people so far agree with you. There is no point in giving out old games in Oct/Nov that are actually decent because there far too many games coming out soon? What if people don't want the games coming out? What if there budget doesn't allow them the good games? Why can't the standard be decent games every month, despite what's being released?
Is it actually bad? It has a score of 82 on Metacritic and was made by the OlliOlli guys. It does have couch mp so I'll have to give it a go at least. Friday the 13th is an odd choice given that they recently gave away Dead by Daylight but I suppose it is the month of Halloween
Friday The 13th is a great one to receive IMO, I already own Ni-Oh anyway so I'm glad all of the games next month are ones I don't own.
Great month for PS Plus IMO.
Hasn't a new company gotten a hold of it? It seems that PS Plus is the easy route to build back up your community these days (Destiny 2 did the same thing)
https://comicbook.com/gamin...
They sitting right next to your uncanny ability to spot rumors...meaning, not present. just jokin, don't believe the hype!
I'm glad we're getting a local mp game for once. Laser League is definitely the highlight; too bad it's overshadowed by that quick cash grab next to it. Also I'm a sucker for challenging puzzle games and visual novels/ point and click games so great month for me! If only we'd get a single player horror game like Alien Isolation instead...
I hope SC6 doesn't get buried by other releases. It actually looks awesome and it seems like they're finally back on track. Pity it's missing Team Battle though. Kind of annoying since it's fairly simple to add, especially I'd they just do a local version for launch
2064: Read Only Memories, nice. Y’all are burying the lead not mentioning that one.
Whoa I had no idea...this month just got better! I was obsessed with Snatcher back in the day, been meaning to try this!!
I knew Diablo 3 was bullshit, Blizzard is runned by Activision which is the most selfish and greedy company in gaming. They don’t even put their 10 year old games on sale let alone PS Plus
Activision are bastards but to be fair Destiny 2 is currently on PS Plus
Friday The 13th is legit. Be happy it's that over Sniper Elite 3. 2 was good and 4 is ok but 3 was garbage, IMO. FT13th is fun.
The rest is pretty mediocre.
They should ban those ps plus prediction and rumor articles. All they do is get people's hopes up, and then disappoint them when it's not the rumored games.
I'm actually kind of happy that it wasn't any of the rumored games because I already own those games. At least this month IS something new for me to play.
Awesome! Dead by Daylight and now Friday the 13th!!
PS+ has been killing it lately....
....yea, I did that!
Friday the 13th is fitting and it seems that if you have the right mind set one could have fun with it. It's okay month, there's been worse.
Well Sony cant give AAA games every month. It's been a great year for plus games, so I'm not going to complain.
But I'm sure some " we deserve everything all the time" spoiled whiners will.
Halloween is near so Friday the 13th should be fun this time of year.
Friday the 13th was one of my absolute favourites of last year. I'm delighted it's coming to plus! Plenty of fresh meat now!
Well that's definitely a far cry from Nioh and Diablo. These aren't getting downloaded on my system.
seriously, can't they give us some good psvita games for once, at least before it leaves PS+ entirely. SOO many Japanese games to choose from and all we get is Indies....
I'm glad Diablo 3 is not free. I bought it last week. I would've been so salty haha.
Sony should experiment with giving free movies or TV shows the odd time instead of games. Or in addition to them.
Yeah I didn't believe it would be Nioh and Diablo maybe Sniper Elite but even then it sounded to good, I never pay attention to those rumors at this point they are usually 99% wrong and I'm being very generous with that 1%. LOL
😏 Eh I'm not complaining. I already have enough on my plate as it is with Dad of War, Final Fantasy 15 and Destiny 2 from this month. I could actually take a break and use LESS content at this point.
Friday the 13th is a unbalanced mess unfortunately, if you have Dead by Daylight just stick with that. At least with that game the humans stand a chance at winning at times.
Nice. I wanted to play Friday the 13th . No idea what Laser League is but I’ll add it to my library at least . I bought NioH day one (great game) and spent way too much time playing Diablo so this is better for me . Friday the 13th in October makes sense too
Why do I pay for PS +? So far in my first 3 months the only game that might have been worth it was a glitch fest in Mafia 3 in which a ton of content was locked behind a pay-wall called "DLC". But I enjoyed the story nonetheless. The others have been Destiny 2 (a polished turd), God of war 3 (has not aged well), and to be honest I don't even remember the others ah yeah Dead by Day light (another live service piece of poop) ...... Now we get Friday the 13th (another live service shit fest) and Laser League? I guess the joke is on us.
Really Friday the 13th this had to have been on the plan for months right as this is a dead game that is no longer being supported and has a dying community such an odd choice.
Friday the 13th works for me. Watched some streams, had a few laughs. Wouldn’t mind trying it for an hour but never found it worth the purchase or grind. Problem solved!
What the hell I thought nioh was coming. Friday the 13th sucks, I'm sorry I wanted to like it so bad but it's just a bad game. They could have added single player but never did. Another crappy month for ps plus.
In a way it is better than last month for me, (because I already owned both last month's games (GOW3,Destiny2),..
but still think it is pretty damn weak.
What is the status of the Friday the 13th game? I thought there was a legal dispute over use of intellectual property. Has that been settled or not?
Looking for something new to play on PlayStation 4 without breaking the bank? Look no further.
the first one was alirght, nothing too great
