TCC: It feels as if both Microsoft and Sony hold regular secret meetings and decide where the console space is to go next.
In this case, it's quantity over quality.
Asura from NoobFeed writes- When it comes to Ruffy and the Riverside, Zockrates Laboratories has successfully developed something truly remarkable. There is no need for it to be flawless, but it is not perfect. Something that it provides is joy, joy that is unrestrained and infectious, and in a genre that tends to play it safe, it is something that should be celebrated. A texture-swapping adventure that rewrites the 3D platformer rulebook.
The Ace Combat series celebrates its 30th anniversary, and Bandai Namco revealed interesting initiatives, on top of a poignant message.
That controller looks like a cheap knockoff... it should have been a proper DS5 design.
Can we get a new Ace Combat, with full vr and not just three or four levels, for PS5 and PSVR2
Also if we could get a remake of my all time favorite, Ace Combat5: The Unsung War, again with full vr for every mission with DualSense and flight stick haptics.
Sure seems that way given that just about everyone and their mother has written off the current gen before it began :/
Possibly we've entered a time where the Console manufacturers are now making console generations obsolete. Instead we'll get machines of varying power that all play the same games and you won't necessarily NEED to upgrade each time a new version comes out. Don't know about vr being the reason. MS is also rumoured to have a new xbox model coming but they don't have a VR solution so there must be other reasons for these guys to want to go down this route. It's interesting to say the least. I was against this in the beginning but the more I looked into it, the it made sense. As long as the new models hold no advantage over the base models other than running games better and all games run on the base model as if the new one didn't exist then it shouldn't be a problem.
No big deal. They want to up a few specs for VR. Solidify the frame rates. Has to be done really. I bet you 'Neo' is packaged with PSVR. Now how will those pre-'neo' consoles hold up with ambitious VR projects ?
"With all three console manufacturers planning new console launches"
There's only proof of two of them are launching new consoles and one of them won't even be a full new console since it won't have exclusive games whatsoever. As for Xbox absolutely nothing points towards a new console release.
Just picked up a 980ti and 144hz 2K monitor, i'm set for TRUE next gen gaming long before the consoles will achieve it. I'm happy not buying a replacement PS4 or X1, and i'm definitely not buying whatever nintendo is selling. Burned me with the wii u, never again.
