The title has really little to do with the interview. Insight for the story itself.

You're absolutely right. I don't typically comment without reading first, but I just hopped on real quick. I saw the title and summary and then the first comment and jumped to conclusions. With all the 'controversy' over every little thing lately I just assumed it was what it looked like. I stand corrected and that's what I get for taking things at face value.

If you look at the geo-political landscape at the moment, Nork Korea is supposed to be testing nuclear weapons and ICBM's so the story is at least remotely plausable. Oops, I meant North Korea...sorry if I offended anybody.
