No platform exclusive characters in 360 and PS3 SF4

There will be no console exclusive characters in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Street Fighter IV, the game's producer has confirmed to

Speaking in an interview from Leipzig Games Convention last week, producer Yoshinori Ono said that he didn't believe platform exclusive characters was "fair".

Ono-san said: "Well this is just my policy, but I don't want to give an exclusive character for any particular console. And that applies to downloadable characters as well. there needs to be a port that is the SAME on BOTH systems! I'm tired of the corporations (I'm looking at you M$) milking people for extra characters and costumes (palate) swaps with XBOX live points a few months down the road. It's garbage.

I own both systems and can say I will be picking this up for PS3 on day one. Lord knows you can't be effective with on street fighter with that XBOX controller...

I hope fei long is in this one.

One of the reasons I loved playing street fighter II on my sega genesis back then was because of the variety of characters from different parts of the world. From E.Honda to Dee Jay to
Balrog to Ken to Ryu to Dhalism, etc. Each character was different and I appreciated each of their genuine likenesses.
