There has been a lot of buzz around Pokemon this year, with this year marking 20 years of the iconic franchise.
There are many worlds out there brimming with wondrous creatures ready to help you on your adventure beyond Pokemon.
Temtem is actually really good as a single player experience or as a co-op game. Played the shit out of it when it released
Even if Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have not yet completed their first anniversary, it is possible to predict exactly when Gen 10 is arriving.
The Nerd Stash: "There's been a lot of talk about Pokemon and Palworld recently, but if anything, Pokemon's new competition should be a sign to change."
Fortunately for Nintendo, the legal team is separate from Game Freak’s development team.
they do tho .. IF there is something to sue for. IP infringement is such a delicate thing.
but absolutely agree on the change
That, have longer dev time, and absolutely get rid of Nintendo as the exclusive platform. Imagine a AAA pkmn game on current consoles or next generation.
But money, they'll make billions with little effort.
Idk yall. I'd take a Pokémon jrpg over a Pokémon with guns, online play etc. Plus wasn't Pokémon mobile pretty fking big like 4 years ago then covid hit.
No they don't I don't want any of the gameplay anywhere near Pokemon the only link between them is the idea of Pokemon except there's guns you enslave humans and Pokemon and there's a survival aspect.
Pokemon is fairly family friendly can't see Nintendo going ok let's give them m16s and slaughter each other
How did Trubbish and Garbodor not make it on this list?
Klefki is pretty damn awesome design wise. Dismissing it because 'lol it's a keyring' is just shallow man.
Klefki is a f***ing homerun, design-wise. Faeries that possess and steal keys (among other small objects) is a real superstition, and its ability is *Prankster* (and Magician is its hidden, which lets it steal items held by the opponent, lol). Its got excellent flavor and it aids an all-around good design- especially compared to some other Pokemon out there. On top of that, it's an excellent Pokemon with solid defensive stats, status moves (Thunder Wave, Swagger, Substitute if you're non-Smogon), and Foul Play.
Trubbish and Garbodor, who are just worse Grimer and Muk (Muk has higher HP, Attack, Defense, and Sp Def, while Garbodor is slightly faster but still extremely slow, notwithstanding Muk gets Shadow Sneak for priority). The only thing Garbodor is good for is setting up Spikes, as his coverage is awful. Not a fan of Muk's design (I'm one of those guys who started with RBY, but still think Muk/Electrode/Jynx were awful), but Garbodor is a random assembly of four colors and shapes somewhat resembling a... thing.
So... yeah. This list is... all right. Klefki doesn't deserve to be on a list that's so short since there are plenty worse than it in design, flavor, and utility.
Ice.
Cream.
Cone.
