Atlus has announced that Shin Megami Tensei IV Final, released in Japan on February 10, 2016, will be localized as Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse for the Nintendo 3DS in North America, in summer 2016.
Development is currently underway for Shin Megami Tensei V on Switch, though it’ll likely be some time until its release. Shin Megami Tensei IV, meanwhile, has been out for a while now – in two versions no less, SMT IV and SMT IV: Apocalypse (subtitled “Final” in Japan).
COG writes: The 3DS has been a massive success for Nintendo. There are many fantastic games on the system that didn't sell all that well. Here's a list of 10 of them.
Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater ay ?
. . due to small 3DS screen, and lack of analog stick, Snake Eater on 3DS, suffered gameplay.

The last one was too grindy for my tastes. I'll probably give this one a pass.
I like Shin Megami Tensei... Although I have to admit that the series has become very bright and colourful.
Now, read me out - it's not a bad thing at all, but each time I look back to older titles like even SMT 3: Lucifer's Call (or whatever it is called in America, because those pathetic Christians are so afraid of names of non-existent beings) - they were much more bleak and far more gory, less animesque and pretty.
I emulated the very first SMT game on PSP and remember it being stupefyingly on the side of realism about everything.
I guess nowadays JRPGs are more of parodies for the JRPGS of old which held their main goal as actually making YOU, the player, the part of this post-apocalyptic demonic world. I mean, they didn't even give you a avatar, they made their games strictly first-person.
Then again, maybe I'm just getting old and a bit grumpy.
finally a 3DS game to look forward to, last one I cared about was project x zone 2
Yes having this and Tokyo Mirage Session would be great and 7th Dragon III VFD and Star Ocean 5 in Summer great too many JRPG.
