What are your thoughts on The PlayStation 4 Gold Headsets? Personally, I love them! But, I want to know how you all feel about them. Let me know!

I just bought them last week, the standard ones. Have not had a good pair of headphones in a while and I love them. I use them on PC and PS4. I was playing Breaking Point which is an Arma 3 mod thats similar to DayZ, and I can pinpoint exactly where someone is by hearing their movements. I also love that they are wireless, I usually spend like $20 on headphones and have had a couple break by forgetting that they are on and stand up and the cord gets pulled. With the Gold headphones being wireless I can move freely how I want to.

I am very happy with them so far and would highly recommend them. And I got them for $71 matching dell.com at BestBuy.

Great sound and voice chat, but as someone who wears glasses they can get uncomfortable after a while.

The sound is good and ive had them since release, however after like 15 minutes of play time they start hurting my ear lobes. Maybe its just me but i start feeling discomfort.

I like them, but they really hurt my ears even when I am not wearing glasses. If I have the glasses on, I won't use them at all. I don't understand how they hurt my ears because they are barely touching, but I guess it is because the ear hole is too shallow. The sound is great but the comfort isn't.

Possibly the best headset I've owned, And trust me i've had a few. One problem I've found though is that the custom side plates are nowhere to be found, hopefully they will eventually sell them!.

Edit: If not, I may start to make my own!!.

These are highly functional but the sound quality is average to bad.

I'm not a big fan of the moody blue they gone for with Uncharted. I know it's to represent a more sombre tone but the game is so Damn colorful. Just doesn't suit it for me.

I got the headset at the same time I got Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and the headset actually comes with an app on PS4 as well. The app has a feature where you can set the headset to that particular games sounds. Like for example: Uncharted: TNDC is one of the games you can set sounds for.

Let me tell you, that game has some great sounds. Naughty Dog is one of the best developers for those cool sound effects and that headset really brings them to life. There are not that many games to choose from at the moment, but they are adding them as games release. But there is a good chance the game your playing, probably isn't on the list yet.

Another cool thing with that headset, all I had to do was purchase a Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter and now I can use the headset for Xbox One as well.

I'm guessing that Uncharted 4 will be an option for that headset app as well at release, which I'm really looking forward to.

I have alot of those cool Uncharted sound effects set as my smartphone notifications. I've got more "where did you get that at" than I ever have before for anything with those sounds. They are really poplular in my office where I work.

Very well said! The headset is so versatile, I use it on my ,PC, ps4, xbox1, and my iPhone! Love these babies, they can take a beating as well!

Didn't know they were compatible with all that. That's pretty cool.
