Damn, I wanted to get this on PS4 in June since I'm smilpig2 No Man's Sky (not really my genre)

The no compete clause trial is definitely gonna hold the game back. When you sign such a contract you are obligated to hold to it. And they're sadly gonna pay for breaking it.

Alexious3372d ago

I think no complete clauses are bullshit, honestly.

KaiPow3372d ago

Agreed, especially when there's little to no overlap between the projects being developed at the two studios.

Well the preview on Xbone is getting ironed out quite nicely so at least they're still working on it

Loving it on Xbox One.

I couldn't imagine not owning an Xbox One and missing out on it's preview program.

Loving Elite Dangerous as well....is it still not out on PS4? Seems pretty odd people focusing on this game when Elite Dangerous isn't even out on PS4 yet and the Xbox is about to get the Horizons expansion soon.

Own it but haven't played it yet

"A delayed game is eventually good"

Ever played Duke Nukem Forever? The most delayed (but released) game in history.

Goldby3371d ago

@WeAreLegion

Are you sure it was Albert Einstein?

im pretty sure in the Bible, under Delayicus 3:56. "upon the first day, set up when thou shall haveith thy game. if thy game must be delayed, maketh sure that reasons be vague as fog. but useth time effeciently, for a delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad in the eyes of they gamers"

GhostTurtle3367d ago

That quote came from Shigeru Miyamoto.

Lol, maybe I'm becoming an old fart, but excessive violence in VR seems to bother me more than in flat games. Feels more visceral when you're looking a person in the eyes before mutilating them.

By no means am I trying to be a prude and saying these games shouldn't exist. I just play them more sparingly, need more breaks. I need some beautiful, refreshing & relaxing VR experiences too to balance them out so I don't feel so heavy.

Babadook74d ago

I’m an old fart too. I couldn’t believe how violent saints and sinners was.
