New gen Splinter Cell could be a real trailblazer for the stealth genre. Widlands could be great. Also I'm sure they could set Rainbow Six right again, I loved the Vegas ones. I think the new one sold moderately well, so I'm optimistic they'll get another crack at it. Siege was somewhat disappointing!

Couldn't agree more.

A new Splinter Cell game is long overdue.

Rainbow Six Siege was a little disappointing, but after spending millions developing Rainbow Six Patriots I can only assume that they had to make some money back in the franchise.

WHAT???? No mention of any of the ghost recon games! The hawx and RSV games where good also. I like r6 siege game and will be looking forward to GR wildlands!

I did mention the Ghost Recon games, and am genuinely excited by what GR Wildlands could be!

It's like a slow moving train wreck..

Rainbow Six is actually a great IP for something like this. I'm assuming it's likely similar to XCOM, and that would be a perfect fit for R6.

I’m always excited for a good turn based strategy game.

PapaBop80d ago

Agreed, I'm excited to see how it turns out, hopefully they do Ubi it up.

DodoDojo80d ago

It's my favorite game genre so I'm sold already.

Relientk7780d ago

It's a bold strategy, Cotton. Let's see if it pays off for 'em.

Obnoxious MT shops might not go with a game like this. Are they sure they want to make an actual game?

SpacedDuck80d ago

Another game that will launch, flop and result in people getting fired.

Just shut up and make a new Splinter Cell and stop milking Siege and make a new Rainbow Six 3 style Rainbow Six game.

S2Killinit80d ago

Do you sound this annoying in real life?

Michiel198980d ago

their turn based mario games were pretty good

Inverno80d ago

That actually fits the series quite well
