The 2016 Summer Olympic Games will soon commence in Rio de Janeiro, but Mario and Sonic are looking to begin the festivities early this year. Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games is now available for the Nintendo 3DS, and it’s your opportunity to take home an Olympic Gold medal. While Wii U owners will have to wait for that version to finish it’s Olympic training as it won’t see release for a few more months, those with a 3DS can now participate in 3DS exclusive events and begin their quest to become an Olympic champion. Is Mario & Sonic 2016 3DS a gold medal winner?
Phil writes, "If you've been around SuperPhillip Central for a while now, you're probably well aware that I have a strange fixation on underrated/overlooked gems when it regards video games. Couple that with my love for video game soundtracks, and you have the impetus for why I came up with this series of articles, now at its seventh part. On this edition, we're taking a look and listen to games like ARMS, Sonic Forces, Everybody's Golf, and more!"
When Jurgen Post joined the Sega Europe head office, the publisher wasn't in good shape.
In fact, when he took the role of COO and president in 2012, the firm was in desperate need of a new direction.
Sega you f***** up huge you had so many insanely loyal fans that you got it when you killed the Dreamcast and then your games just went to total s***it's so unfortunate I still have a Genesis and a Dreamcast tucked under my TV next to the PS4 and Xbox One. You were my number one Saga and there's a lot of guys like me that would have bought any system you launched. It took me awhile but I fully realize now that the Sega of my youth the Sega that I love died with the Dreamcast there's none of you left.
They rely on Sonic Bollocks too much. Instead of innovating they just make more Sonic and his furry friends crap.
Phil writes, "SuperPhillip Central regularly covers overlooked and underrated video games with its Most Overlooked series of game articles. It only makes sense for the SuperPhillip Central Best of 2016 Awards to dedicate a category to those overlooked and/or underrated games of the year that either flew under the radar or didn't get the credit that I arguably feel that they deserve. From Zelda and Wave Race-inspired games to Nintendo's own works, this list has a good amount of variety on it."
Sorry, Star Fox Zero isn't overlooked or underrated, it's just crap. The game would have been nice if it wasn't for the horrible controls.
