OnlySP: A few weeks ago, we published a list of the Top 5 Single Player Games on the Xbox One, followed by the Top 5 Single Player Backwards Compatible Games on Xbox One, now we have a list of the Top 5 Single Player Games Currently on the PlayStation 4. Going into year three for both Sony’s PlayStation 4 and their competitor from Microsoft, and there still aren’t a whole lot of really great new exclusives on either platform. As a matter of fact, a couple of the games that made this list of top, single player PS4 games are actually remasters. Personally, I thought that compared to its chief competitor, the PlayStation 4 had a notably weak launch title list. Despite a weak start, Sony has obviously overcome that obstacle, and there are a handful of notable, single player titles that are certainly worth playing.
If FromSoftware's Bloodborne ever gets a sequel—and that's a big if—it won't be able to simply pick up where its predecessor left off.

I wonder if they could do a prequal where you play as part of the first hunt and see the blood research and the downfall of the healing church and the remaining hunters.
That is a super great idea, I would 1000% pay full price for this! Only if Miyazaki directed, obviuosly. Bloodborne hooked me in a way Dark Souls never did.
The Until Dawn movie has caused some upset because the writers of the original game were not included in the film’s credits.
I think the game writes should be glad... the movie is not that good. Its connection to the game is in name only.
The first game in the PS Plus Essential lineup for the month of May, 2025, has potentially been leaked through the PlayStation Store.
Boring. The original was a decent game, but not something worth revisiting. I guess this is alright for anyone who never played the original.
Now, Rush of Blood should have been the real priority for a remake on PSVR2.
Until Dawn remake, Death Stranding, and a random PS4 game?
Until Dawn was already a PS Plus game! And not even that long ago.
The fact that JUST BECAUSE an Until Dawn movie just released in theaters so SONY trying to push the name is not right for us long time subscribers.
I mean, technically it’s the Remake. It’s possible that many missed out on the PS4 one when it was a PS+ game. I actually was interested to see what this one is like, but had no intention of buying it, so that’s a plus for me… pun intended.
I've been playing a lot of Mad Max recently and it has a suprisingly good single player!
Bloodborne is reason enough to buy a PS4, of all the other multiplat games on PS4 are not.
