Though their previous game Rust was made in Unity, and Unity would be a pretty good choice for a game like Garry's Mod when you consider the fact that games like Kerbal Space Program and Besiege were made in Unity
I mean do we really need a new gmod? Unless it comes with an entire new set of tools,models,levels etc. . . Even then however it's like what's the point unless the new features completely change the game which I dont think anyone wants.
