Select Wii U Games Getting Major Price Break

Nintendo Selects add a new selection of games to its list making some hard to find or expensive titles a lot more attainable for fans.

Most bundles include 2 games for free, and are as low as $300. If that's not enough, then either you're REALLY cheap, or just don't want one.

Agreed, the Mario Kart and Mario Maker bundles (the only ones available right now for MSRP) are a great value. Shame the SSB and Splatoon double bundle is like $500 online now.

True, but with the NX right around the corner you can't really justify buying a WiiU for that price. A price cut has been long overdue ;)

You aren't cheap for not wanting to waist time. I have been saying for 2 years that WiiU should have been $199, now that NX is close it should be $150

How cheap are you looking for? 2 included games, no online fees. All you really would need might be a pro controller for 2nd player. that's it. There are more than enough quality games to justify at the current price point.

Oh, I know it is, I just don't have a ton of time to consistently put towards games. A few hours here and there. It's hard for me to stay focused on one game at once when I'm so busy. Tropical Freeze hasn't been near the top of my list, so I've held off on it. I'm picking up TP HD to play over spring break, since I'm a huge Zelda fan and I should be able to beat it in 15 hours-ish. But it's looking more and more like Tropical Freeze will be one of the games I pick up to play over the summer.

Buying these at launch and full price is not a bad thing. I've said this before, our hobby is relatively cheap when you break it down to per hour cost. Compare to movies and your entertainment dollar is much stronger with video games, full price or not.

I feel robbed every time, which is rare, I go to the movies and pay $10 for a couple hours of entertainment.

Gaming is an expensive hobby in terms of bulk (consoles, games, controllers, other fees) - but in terms of value it's pretty cheap.

Agreed this is why I don't think ps now is too bad a price at £12.99 a month compared to what I pay for Netflix which is £6.99, a film even a whole tv series rarely last as long as a game ;)

So, Ubisoft just dropped the price of Watch Dogs in the Eshop to $15.
Is the game worth getting at that price?

Yes. Get it. If you go in not expecting gta than you will like the game. Put about 50 hours in the wii u version and really enjoyed it.
