Cotton Candy Cyanide interview, “Quantum Suicide”, sexist game design, fanservice and more - TGG

Since I´ve (Robin, The Gaming Ground) already written a preview article for Cotton Candy Cyanide´s visual novel "Quantum Suicide" (I have also recorded two gameplay videos). I decided to do an interview with the Cotton Candy as well. So, please enjoy.

Ah, so Quantum Suicide is coming to PSV as well? Nice!

TGG_overlord3362d ago

Correct, and the game is coming to Windows, MAC and Linux as well =) And "if" everything works out really well. Then "Quantum Suicide" could be getting an iOS and Android release too.

I hate political correctness with a passion.

So do I, and Cotton Candy Cyanide seem to be very politically incorrect imo (I base that on the answers which they gave me during our interview).

UE5 based this time

robtion5h ago

That said, I think Stellar Blade looks better than most current UE5 games.

If Stellar Blade is anything to go by, yeah I am hyped to see this new game.

robtion4h ago

I just saw the Stellar Blade director just finished Clair Obscur (96hrs playtime). He clearly has good taste. Gives me some confidence concerning their new game.

robtion5h ago

Let's hope so. If not I have no interest in it.

robtion5h ago

Very interested to see what they follow Stellar Blade up with. Easily my GOTY 2024.

Levii_924h ago

I have 120 hours in this game..

Astro Bot was mine easily but Stellar Blade is right behind it and then Silent Hill 2.

robtion4h ago

Yeah I have around 260 hours. I also loved the Silent Hill 2 remake and Space Marine 2.

Glad they didn't change the art style. This is looking good.. Why did they change the way the characters look anyway? The very first style was kind of ok, it was fine by Risky's Revenge and Pirate's Curse.. both in game sprite and the dialogue popups, why keep changing it? I am not as fussed on her newer look. She's looking kinda too dark or sunburnt now.

It went poorly. We've got another Concord on our hands.
