Oro would be an awesome addition to the cast. He was was suppose to be training Ryu even further after the events of III.

I would love to see more characters from III appear in V since this is suppose to take place after III.

Also would like to see Cody, Elena and Remey make a return.

Agreed. I'm pissed at Sagats omission from the game. Hes always been my guy, the perfect combination of power, range, and speed! Fei Long is another one I'd like to see come back.

A Darkstalkers character in 2017
A Star Gladiator one in 2018
Amingo from Marvel vs Capcom 2 in 2019
And finally Daigo Kazama from Rival Schools in 2020
