New Gamer Nation:
We’ve seen licensed games like this before, Family Guy, The Simpsons: Tapped Out and so on, but Marvel games for mobile are usually beat-em-ups (or brawlers), such as the recent Contest of Champions, for one. It’s not directly tied into the relatively recent Avengers Academy comics story-line, but it does borrow a little from it.
So what’s the deal? Is it any good? Well, yes and no. As a big Marvel fan, I enjoy most things with their branding attached, this included, but it does have its downfalls.

This is another add-on special event, unlike the recently ended “British Invasion” event. Spider-Man’s special is more in line with the Guardians of the Galaxy and Civil War events that featured special new …
J Station X: Marvel's massively popular iOS and Android game, Marvel Avengers Academy, adds a gay superhero during its 'British Invasion' event.
I'm so tired of having this quota in whatever media now. Just create a story and if having a gay character moves the story along, then so be it. Right now gamers are able to participate in part one, if you do well, you will gain items/characters that will come in handy in parts two and three. Duh. There is a bit of backlash at this event from fans though."
I've been interested in giving this game a try.
This game looks cool.
I'm honestly not a fan of microtransactions, and I think this takes away from the game a little bit.
