Here's the System Requirements for Need for Speed

Last week EA revealed that the PC version of Need for Speed would be released on the 17th March, with 4k resolution and an unlocked frame-rate, which should hopefully result in a decent port.

Do yourselves a favour and download Need for Speed Underground 2 instead.

That's not fair, could you at least explain why? Have you played the pc version?

Need for Speed 2015 at its core is a shallow game and at no point does it hit the highs of the Underground series, which it is clearly modelled after. The developers made many missteps and at this point, it's debatable whether or not Need for Speed will be great again. There is nothing that a PC version can do to change my mind about this game, but obviously this is my own opinion.

I can guarantee that you will feel an IQ drop whilst watching the cut scenes in this game. Oh and the catch up system in this game is woeful.

Not bad. Might be a good port

With that thumbnail and me just glancing at the headlines, I could have sworn it read "Here's the system requirements needed for Speed".
I thought we were finally getting a Keanu Reeves simulator!

Makes you think if gamers are looking to relive nostalgia or each dev that has attempted to mimic the glory days are just incompetent?

DarXyde177d ago

Truth. Loved Midnight Club.

I wouldn't be mad at another proper Underground or Most Wanted (PS2/X360) entry though.
