I suppose it was only a matter of time before scammers exploited the Pay-to-Win market, with it growing at the exponential rate that it is.

Next we'll have shady back-alley dealers going "Hey, kid...you want some lives for Candy Crush?"

Some games advertise as ‘pay-to-get-ahead’ rather than ‘pay-to-win’ - but it’s all the same, really. Admittedly, some pay-to-win games have handled the format better than others. WarFrame is still pretty good, as is Guild Wars 2.
