The reveal of the new closed beta isn’t the only thing you get about Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst today, as Electronic Arts and DICE just released a brand new trailer of the game, which is going to be released on May 24th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Yep day one. Game looks phenomenal.
Yep, it looks really good.
Sweet trailer, that the one guy looks like Nathan Drake
Lol lots of guys look like nathan drake now apparently xD
My wallet is agonizing with all these preorders.
WTH is up with this good looking hipster kids vs evil ugly old men thing that seems to be so popular now? I actually played the first one and was nothing like this Hunger Games crap. I see where EA was going with this but the reality is 13 year old girls dont really play videogames.
A youth movement fighting against the old establishment is usually a pretty strong motif for narratives these days. What does good looking characters in a game have to do with thirteen year old girls?
Have you missed the pass 25 years lol? That type of story arc has been around since the 90s.
Beautiful trailer, can't wait for all of us fans to play what looks to be a worthy sequel & an immersive gaming experience!
Damn those lighting effects,,spectacular.
Who's ready for some SPEED RUNNSSSSS?!!
Day one. I don't even need to watch this.
Wow, great trailer. I'm in. Day one.
Looks like Catalyst is going to have a great soundtrack too. Signed up for the beta, hope I get in.
Me: Awesome, new mirrors edge trailer! "Captured In-engine" Me: eurgh.. Forget it.....
Battlefront, let me cite you... ;) >>Is everyone choosing to ignore the "In-Engine Footage" statement at the beginning of the trailer?? None of it is gameplay footage, PC or PS4, It's not going to look like this. <<
I see you've never seen Frostbite engine before....
hope no DRM. Please
Looks really freaking cool. I wonder how they've expanded on the gameplay tho!
This is the most beautiful game I have ever seen before in my life.
nice just signed up for the pc version
Oh my God
Oh Mylanta... I cannot wait. That was exceedingly beautiful. I hope that the game allows for some measure of free roam after completing the game. That is one of the most gorgeous worlds that I've ever seen in a game, even if it's not truly indicative of actual,"in game", graphics. Just the color palette coupled with the architecture alone is simply breathtaking.
This ladies and gentlemen is why I bought a PS4.
