VICE: This isn't a top five gaming soundtracks ever sort of list or anything like that. Rather, it's just a friendly recommendation of a few immersive audio worlds within which to lose yourself, be that while fighting through a brimming inbox, finally sorting out all that spread sheet admin, or simply taking a break from it all with a cup of tea and a couple of ginger snaps. It's just stuff that I like, basically—you, you might think differently. And that's OK, there's no need for an argument. These can all be streamed on Spotify. I checked and everything.
Sony reveals three more games that PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers get to play later this year, including two PS1 classics.
The Last of Us Part 1 (Extra/Premium) - September 26
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain (Premium) - TBA
Dino Crisis (Premium) - TBA
When they put old games on PS plus they usually have trophies these days. I’m hoping Blood Omen and Dino Crisis also get trophies that would be great
I think I bought blood omen on ps3 , hopefully I'll get it for free . Even if I don't I'll still buy it again .. Huge fan of the whole series , hope the remasters do well and reignites the possibility of a new game in the series . I know they just released some graphic novels so hopefully there's more going on with the series . Blood Omen 2 is kind of the weak link in the series but Defiance is definitely a must for a remaster to close out SR 1+2 story. A new Blood Omen as a topdown action rpg in modern graphics and gameplay is my dream and man that opening soul reaver music still slaps till this day
Our ability to support PlayStation VR has come to an end, and will no longer be supported in updates after March of 2025.
so i assume PSVR2 is not going to take its place. That's a shame as I do think it could benefit from the VR2 improved fidelity and controls.
Never was a Minecraft fan, so no more support isn’t a big deal for me.
What I would like for Xbox and Bethesda to do is update Skyrim VR to be playable on the PSVR2. That’s the only game I want out of the Xbox catalog.
Minecraft updates typically focus on new biomes, but it may be time for Mojang to switch things up and focus on other aspects of the game.
The transistor soundtrack should be on this list.
There are simply too many great soundtracks to list, both video game and classic in general. There's a reason why i listen to that almost exclusively, besides a few other bands in other genres.
No Metal Gear Rising songs?! Pfft. Weak list
Elder Scrolls games have great soundtracks too, and most FF games
