Watch PlayStation VR in Action on Headset and TV at the Same Time; Dylan Cuthbert: "a System Seller"

One of the most interesting features of PlayStation VR is its ability to have a game run at the same time on the headset and on a TV, with multiple players interacting with the same game in a sort of virtual couch multiplayer.

That's the power of PS4. Bringing gamers together even with VR. It doesn't have to be a solitary experience. This is just one example of the many ways you can do it going forward. And,they can do things gamers used to do back in the day before internet called:

"Taking turns."

An ancient way of having fun together.

And Dr Marks tells us how it is all possible with no secret sauce or misleading speak.

I thought you would be the one posting this article after the one you linked yesterday. I don't know if the other VR setups offer this level of interaction, but for Sony this is a major selling point. Like I pointed out yesterday, and it falls right in line with Sonys mantra of " For the Players!"

Dr Marks has been a key catalyst toward the evolution of how gamers interact and play games in PlayStation platforms, and with the many diverse active PlayStation studios in Sonys repetoire of game makers, I see VR expanding beyond the boundaries of just gaming. Major Entertainment industries like Sporting events, Movies, and even Music Concerts can be enjoyed from the comfort of ones home, but with VR it could be like they have a front row seat in on the action.

I could even see the housing market making use of VR to offer Virtuals tours of real estate to potential buyers, the Automotive Industry as well!

There's really a huge untapped potential in the medical as well as teaching fields. Of course I realize these things will take time as well as VR technology needs to be perfected and refined, but I think we are at the cusp of seeing an evolutionary leap of thing we've grown accustomed too, to a whole new world of new possibilities.

Lol, maybe I'm becoming an old fart, but excessive violence in VR seems to bother me more than in flat games. Feels more visceral when you're looking a person in the eyes before mutilating them.

By no means am I trying to be a prude and saying these games shouldn't exist. I just play them more sparingly, need more breaks. I need some beautiful, refreshing & relaxing VR experiences too to balance them out so I don't feel so heavy.

I’m an old fart too. I couldn’t believe how violent saints and sinners was.

IMO, there's two that are better than all these (except maybe Beat Saber), Thrill of the Fight and AUDICA.
