It's so bulky for a stick, i like the design though. Probably have to see one up close before throwing the cash at it

I know this is a fight stick but what other games would this work for & would it be worth it just for other non fighting game genres?

I have the recently released kai version.

Unfortunately, it disconnects continuously on ps4 and is unusable. Fine on ps3.

Was just plsying sfv beta with it and oh what fun when it disconnects mid match.

So, i guess i have to go through the time consuming process of getting hori to give me one thst actually works properly.

Not happy.

Assuming you have one that works properly, Arcade Archives are a lot of fun with the stick.

I tried Resogun briefly and seemed like it would work quite well but buttons are not fully configurable in that game - only a selection of presets, I think.

I bought this for $180 on Amazon last August. I didn't realize the stick is about 1 inch further away from the buttons than the Kai. I probably would have waiting until December when the Silent version of the Kai came out. I'm still happy with it though, and have been using it a little bit for USF4, and just recently Skullgirls 2nd Encore.

The stick being digital is very nice and all you hear from the stick is it hitting the edges however hard you smash into the corners. The buttons are quiter than normal buttons, maybe a little too sensitive though. I read that they'll break in after a while, and I haven't played hardcore enough with it since I got it to fully break it in, but it may be slightly less sensitive from day 1 now. I always switch the balltops for battops though. I got this alien battop from here http://creativecircuits.net... It is originally an oval-top, I should have got it like that to see if it was a good hybrid between balltop and battop. I actually asked for it to be between bat and oval, it looks pure battop how he carved it out on mine though.

SFV should be the real tester in a few weeks.
