It's not the most graphically intensive game out there, but I like how it looks on the PS4.

Been playing it for almost a week now and I have to say I really like how the game looks. The character models and VN sequences look better than ever.

Can you imagine if the game had a bigger budget, so that it could look like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest Heroes?

All in all, it looks good enough for the game it is, and for the budget that it has.

Dumb question: When the characters speak (for the story, or the CG pictures from the album)) are those character models drawn and animated (2D models), or are they made with polygons (3D models)?

The reason I ask, is that there are some instances that they do look 3D, even though most of the time they just look like a high-res drawing. They also normally "breath" when they talk.

most custcenes/character convos are animated 2d sequences, there are some scenes which are 3d but usually 3d is when you are playing the game.
